The Warrior cross country camp will explore the high school cross country trails in and around Lutheran Westland and Hines Drive. The camp will focus on young runners building a good routine in stretching, body care, and endurance running that is necessary to be successful in a high school cross country season. High school athletes will accompany the campers. Running shoes are encouraged!
